Starting in January of 2013, KeVita,Ventura, CA, with its sparkling probiotic drink, will introduce a new flavor exclusively at Whole Foods Market stores nationwide. The newest flavor, KeVita Daily Cleanse, contains four probiotic strains from KeVita’s proprietary culture, plus organic lemon, stevia and cayenne for a new low-glycemic take on the “Master Cleanse” detox recipe. KeVita Daily Cleanse contains only 10 calories and two grams of sugar per bottle. KeVita formulator and co-founder Chakra Earthsong Levy, explained, “Consumers may enjoy drinking the Daily Cleanse in-between meals for a light cleansing flush.”
